ANNA
WILLIAMS, MS, BSN, RN

Anna is the Practice director at Sturm Cosmetic Surgery. She has a diverse background within the healthcare profession including her Master’s of Science in Health and Human Physiology from the University of Iowa as well as her Bachelor of Science in Nursing. Her nursing experience is in the operating room, recovery room, oncology, and cardiac rehabilitation. She is certified in BLS, ACLS, and PALS. She loves her role at Sturm Cosmetic because it allows her to provide both surgical care and clinical care to patients. In addition, she gets the opportunity to work closely with all staff members.

Anna enjoys family time at home with her husband (T.J.), three young children (Charley, Cameron, and Carson), and two golden retrievers (Cooper and Brody). She enjoys cheering on the Iowa Hawkeyes and Green Bay Packers with friends and family. She enjoys being active, being outdoors, and traveling.

JESSICA
SIMPSON, BSN, RN

Jessica joins our cosmetic surgery team with over a decade in nursing. She has backgrounds in medical-surgical, operating room, recovery room, and emergency department. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Allen College in Waterloo, Iowa. She carries additional cardiac certifications in BLS, ACLS, and PALS. Jessica supports our cosmetic surgery patients through their entire experience, from consultations, pre and post operative visits, and day-of surgery care. Outside of work Jessica enjoys spending time with her husband, two spunky daughters, cooking, being outdoors and connected to nature, and working on home projects.

HALEY
REDLING, SURGICAL PATIENT COORDINATOR

Haley is the Surgical Patient Coordinator. She comes to us with over 15 years of experience in the healthcare industry.  Haley oversees surgical consults, financing, and making sure all patients are supported through the surgical process. Haley values assisting the clinic and staff to maintain our standard of excellence in your personalized care. Haley enjoys long walks, cooking, and spending time with her hubby and two children Evie and Beckham.

ALI
HUNZIKER, ESTHETICIAN

Ali comes to us with an extensive background in customer service and building client relationships.  Ali joined the esthetics industry after working in the entertainment marketing industry in Las Vegas and the midwest.  Ali loves the aspect of how esthetics has evolved so far in recent years and how many options are offered today.  She prides herself in understanding each individuals goals to obtain healthier skin form the acne prone to anti-aging.  Ali enjoys adventurous cooking and eating, traveling to sunny destinations, attending live music and time spent with her daughter and Havanese pup!

TITMAN, CLINICAL DIRECTOR

Sydney, our esteemed Clinical Director at Sturm Cosmetic Surgery, combines her extensive healthcare experience spanning over a decade with her degree in Human Services to ensure the clinic’s seamless operations. She leads a remarkable team of five employees and is deeply committed to providing exceptional patient care. Outside of her professional role, Sydney loves outdoor adventures with her husband, Dane, and their charming daughters, Collins and Scout, creating cherished family memories along the way.

MADALYN
SAMPSON, CERTIFIED SURGICAL TECH / MEDICAL ASSISTANT

Madalyn is joining us as a Medical Assistant & Certified Surgical Technologist. You will see her bouncing around in clinic helping Dr. Sturm and also assisting in the Operating Room. Madalyn’s number one priority is helping patients feel comfortable and welcomed the second they walk through the door. Madalyn enjoys spending weekends in Okoboji with her and her fiancé’s family. They often go boating, sit by the pool, and visit her favorite coffee shops & restaurants.

ABBY
REA, CERTIFIED SURGICAL TECH / MEDICAL ASSISTANT

Abby is a Certified Surgical Technologist with seven years of experience in the operating room. You can see Abby helping Dr. Sturm in the operating room or in clinic. She attended DMACC for the Surgical Technology Program. Abby is very passionate about all things surgery and making sure the sterile environment is protected and the patient is safe for the procedure. Abby and her partner, Ethan love raising their daughter Georgia Rea and their two dogs together. You can find her dancing at a concert or in her kitchen with her babies.

TRINITY
SHANNON PATIENT COORDINATOR

Trinity is our Patient Coordinator at Sturm Cosmetic Surgery! Born and raised in the Des Moines metro, Trinity loves soaking up the sun by the pool and summer boating trips. During her free time, Trinity stays busy with hot yoga and spending time with her friends and family. Trinity’s three pets are her pride and joy! With aspirations in the medical field, she’s thrilled to be greeting our patients with a smile as they enter our doors.

MIA
MATTINGLY, PART-TIME PATIENT COORDINATOR

Mia is a student at ISU majoring in Psychology and minoring in Music. She loves singing, theatre, being with her friends, family, and dogs! She is an Iowa State fan, loves Mexican food, and enjoys being active in her sorority at school.

MICHELLE
HOFBAUER, BSN, RN

Michelle joined our cosmetic surgery team with over 33 years of nursing experience. Her experience includes med/surg, staff education, hospice and Operating room. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Iowa. She has her certification in BLS, and advanced certification in perioperative nursing with her CNOR.
Michelle is a native Iowan and currently lives in rural Cambridge with her husband and dog Zoey. She has 3 grown children Kathryn, Matthew and Joseph who all live nearby. She also has 2 adorable grandsons whom she spends as much time with as possible.
When not working or with family she can be found watering plants in her greenhouse and working in her gardens. She grows lots of flowers, strawberries and pumpkins.

MEGAN
DOMINICK, MSN, RN

Megan Dominick excels in her role as a PRN Nurse, backed by a Master of Science in Nursing from Western Governors University and 17 years of diverse nursing experience in settings like the OR, PACU, Med-Surg, and ER. She holds certifications in BLS, ACLS, NRP, and PALS.

Outside the clinic, Megan enjoys family time with her husband Chris and their four children, participating in activities from wrestling to boating in Minnesota’s lakes and exploring National Parks. She also loves reading, gardening, and collecting vintage Pyrex.

Megan’s deep expertise and personal interests significantly enhance our clinic and patient care.
